大分県と外国企業間の様々な問題解決におけるコンサルティング業務

２．第１号業務のための協議と交渉における通訳、英語文書作成・翻訳業務

３．第１号業務のためのビザ（査証）及び日本国在留資格に関するコンサルティング業務

1. Consulting in each and every aspect of (1) developing business from Oita Prefecture to the World, or from the World into Oita Prefecture, and

(2) tackling and solving various issues and problems between Oita and foreign companies and parties.

We will emphasize responding to our clients’ needs in a kind and concrete manner.

2. To provide services of

(1) interpreting,

(2) writing contracts, letters and other documents in the English language, and

(3) translation of documents from English to Japanese, or vice versa, in the course of the work described in Item 1 above.

3. Consulting with regard to

(1) Visa matters, and

(2) Status of Residence in Japan

(“Zairyu-shikaku” under the laws of Japan) in the course of the work described in Item 1 above.

作業の進め方

コンサルティングスタート時に、実現したい目的とおおよそのスケジュールなどをご相談し、文書（E-mailを含む）により設定致します。

その時に事案のために最も適した料金の総額あるいは時間ベースなどの料金体系もご提案致します。

これらのことのために書面（E-mailを含む）によるご協議と確認手順を実行致します。

At the time of starting consulting work, we would discuss with our clients regarding

(1) the clients’ purpose,

(2) an approximate schedule therefor, and

(3) other matters related thereto. These items will be set in writing (including e-mails).

During such discussion, we would like to propose an entire estimate of our fees, or an appropriate fee arrangement (ex. fees on an hourly basis) for the subject case.

Consultation and its confirmation in writing (including e-mails) will be done for the above procedure.
